ALL PUPPIES OUTSIDE

The puppies have really taken to running up and down the hill of the draw next to the house. There are lots of leaves from the oak trees and they make lots of noise while they are wrestling and rolling around. They are absolutely the cutest things. They are all healthy and very outgoing and like to explore....maybe a little too much! :)

All the puppies are together now inside and outside. It's been really nice weather here so I thought I would take some pictures of them all outside playing and napping together. Enjoy!!

Sandi's Puppies - 09/18/2011         Sandi's Previous Litter

Week of October 9

This is the first week of solid food and they really like eat. It takes them a little under 2 minutes to eat their fill of their favorite meal cuisine....Puppy Chow soaked in goat's milk and rice baby cereal. They're pretty messy, so they will all be getting another bath on Saturday and new individual pictures. As you can see in some of 'blurry' photos below, they don't really hold still for long. The camera can't keep up with them on the action photo setting! :) Check on Sunday night or Monday AM for new pictures.

It was a beautiful day and the puppies spent most of the afternoon outside playing in the yard. You will notice from the pictures that the puppies all have a little 12" rope hanging from their collars. This is to help get them used to the idea of being on a lead. This way they don't fight the lead as they get older because they are used to their litter mates tugging and playing with it. They learn to yield to the lead at a very young age.

It was a beautiful day and we took the puppies went outside for the first time. They weren't too sure about it at first...Many howled like a hound dog and they thought the sun was too bright. After a while they started too explore the yard a bit and then laid down in the sun for a nap.

The puppies are really growing FAST and none of them look like they have missed a meal. They love to play and they are so cute when they bark. They are all doing a pretty good job of going potty on the papers after they eat. Feb 13 was also there first time outside with a little snow. The little orange collar puppy was the first one out the door! They are all just so cute and loveable...

Sandi's puppies are growing everyday. All the puppies have had their first bath and "photo shoot". They really enjoy their rice cereal and goat's milk! They've also started eating Puppy Chow soaked in goat's milk and rice cereal...YUM!

Puppy's Life - Sophie's Previous Litter

Sophie had 3 little girl puppies on Saturday evening, January 30th. The puppies have finally opened their eyes and they are HUGE! Sophie is equipped to feed 9 puppies and these three baby girls are eating for 9! I've never seen puppies that were only 2 weeks old look like little shar pei's; they are really big little chubs...
